Michael Hunter for Twists Glass pale blue & green Pod vase

This elegant vase was made by Michael Hunter for Twists Glass in 2017. Known as a "Pod" vase this is in a new colour way having canes of pale blue white & pale green pink alternating 3 pale blue, 1 white, 3 pale green, 1 white laid into a clear glass casing. The baluster shaped base is pulled out into an extended neck that flares out at the top. It is scratch signed "M Hunter Twists 17" on the base and has the Twists Glass studio label. I have always loved the simplicity of the Pod pieces and this new colour way is very understated.
